Job summary

Equinox Pilates Instructor role invites you to transform clients’ fitness journeys within a high-energy Equinox club. You will design and refine programming, education, and business development under the guidance of a dedicated Pilates manager to ensure a thriving instructor career.

You will nurture client relationships, guide progress across private and semi-private sessions, and contribute to a culture of excellence through ongoing training while upholding studio standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program.
• Minimum 400 hours of Pilates education.
• Applicants must provide a copy of their Pilates certification(s).
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a safe, professional Pilates training program for each client to help them reach goals.
• Conduct initial complimentary assessments and goal setting.
• Instruct private, duet, and semi-private sessions.
• Build your client base through the member network alongside the Pilates Manager.
• Complete administrative tasks for client management and scheduling.
• Collaborate with other club departments to ensure a well-rounded experience.
• Provide excellent service to Equinox members and guests.
• Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness and ongoing training.
