Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking experienced Pilates Instructors to support members in achieving healthier lives by delivering educational, supportive, and engaging Pilates experiences.

You will build relationships, lead private and group sessions, and promote related training programs while upholding Life Time standards across the studio. Responsibilities include designing safe client programs, conducting pre-participation screenings, and maintaining studio cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience designing Pilates programs for clients to meet goals.
• Ability to guide private and group Pilates sessions with safety focus.
• Ability to communicate health and fitness concepts to diverse members.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Monitors clients during sessions for safe, effective use of equipment.
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including goal setting.
• Promotes Pilates training programs and classes to members.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains Pilates studio cleanliness.
• Stays current on certifications and fitness trends.
• Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends.
