Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial experience in pigment development or related field.
• Hands-on laboratory experience with crystallization, finishing, milling, and drying.
• Ability to interpret analytical data and troubleshoot processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize laboratory procedures for pigment crystallization and finishing.
• Investigate crystallization conditions to control crystal form and particle size distribution.
• Plan and perform laboratory experiments under project scientists.
• Operate and maintain laboratory pigment finishing equipment.
• Record, analyze, and report experimental data; maintain notebooks and SOPs.
