Job summary

Rowan is seeking a customer-focused Studio Sales Associate to join our Ross Park Mall team. You will create a welcoming, celebratory experience for customers, assist with ear piercings, and upsell jewelry and aftercare products, while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.

You must be available on weekends, with flexibility for nights and holidays, and able to handle transactions and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service is a plus.
• Weekend, night and holiday availability is required.
• Ability to assist with ear piercings and jewelry selection.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a celebratory environment.
• Assist with check-ins, appointments, and POS tasks.
• Help customers choose piercing and jewelry, answer questions on procedures and aftercare.
• Promote and upsell Rowan products and accessories.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, stock, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and staff; participate in training.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges; manage records.
