This full-time night-shift RN position (7PM–7:30AM) features an 18% night differential and a $3/hour weekend differential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which the candidate is applying is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Supervise and mentor staff as assigned and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families to provide education and support.
