Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes nursing assessment of patient conditions per age and condition.
• Continually evaluates patient responses and documents progress.
• Ensures compliance with medication, storage and documentation standards.
• Provides orientation to the unit and hospital processes.
• Supervises patient care activities and mentors team members with feedback.
• Participates in patient care rounds and care conferences.
• Supports learning environment and mentorship for students and new staff.
• Performs miscellaneous job duties as requested.
