Job summary

Tucson Medical Center is looking for a Seasonal Registered Nurse for their PICU. The role requires providing direct patient care and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, current RN licensure in Arizona, and experience in an acute care setting.

This position supports critical care for infants and children, and applicants must be skilled in EKG reading and able to communicate effectively with the medical team.

Qualifications

• One year of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• Current RN licensure in Arizona and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and evaluates patient outcomes.
• Coordinates patient care with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintains patient documentation and develops care plans.

Skills

Knowledge of direct patient care procedures

Skill in reading 12-lead EKG

Ability to communicate effectively
