French Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA and affiliated clinics. Start date is immediate; this is a full-time position supporting U.S. military families.

You will deliver expert care to critically ill children, supervise staff, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and mission readiness.

Competenze

• Associates Degree of Nursing from an ACEN/CCNE-accredited program.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license.
• PALS, ACLS, NRP, and S.T.A.B.L.E. certifications.
• Minimum 18 months full-time RN experience in a PICU within the last 24 months.
• Ability to obtain base access and complete credentialing requirements.

Mansioni

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and triage duties in PICU.
• Formulate and implement goal-directed care plans based on nursing diagnoses and outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress; adjust care plans as needed.
• Provide treatment, education, and discharge instructions to patients and families.
