Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Henderson, NV seeks a Tournament Manager to run club pickleball tournaments and drive revenue while delivering exceptional member service. You will coordinate registrations, draws, scheduling, and event desk operations to ensure a smooth experience for participants.

Responsibilities include leading events, maintaining court readiness, and collaborating with other Life Time departments. A strong focus on customer service and revenue performance is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service is required.
• Thorough knowledge of tennis with effective teaching styles.
• Excellent communication, time-management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with all ages and building member relationships.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Owns all tournament preparation work: applications, site setup, promotion, registrations, draws, desk schedule, and court scheduling coordination.
• Leads and supervises during tournaments, ensures courts/equipment are clean and in good condition, collaborates with Life Time departments, and responds to member questions to encourage participation.
• Responsible for achieving or exceeding tournament revenue and CM goals; manages expenses and recaps financials post-event.
