Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Rosemount, MN seeks an on-site pickleball coach to teach private lessons and lead group programming. You will coordinate leagues and mixers, promote student-centered, rally-based teaching, and grow your book and revenue while meeting department goals.

Focus on member-first service to encourage repeat business and referrals. You’ll develop engaging lessons, ensure facilities and equipment are well-maintained, and contribute to sales and events that elevate the Life Time

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of related pickleball experience preferred.
• IPTPA and/or PPR certification within 6 months of hire preferred.
• CPR and AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and instructs students, teaches on court ~30+ hours weekly.
• Develops safe, professional pickleball lessons and programs.
• Creates member experiences with programs, tournaments and events.
• Participates in system-wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors and events.
