Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Annapolis is seeking a dedicated pickleball instructor to teach private lessons and group programming, coordinate leagues and mixers, and grow their book and department revenue while meeting financial goals.

As a member-centric role, you will offer high-quality customer service, develop engaging lesson pathways, and work with staff to create tournaments and events that boost member involvement and referrals.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Strong knowledge of pickleball and effective teaching styles.
• Good communication, time management and organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, demonstrates, and instructs students during pickleball lessons on techniques and strategies.
• Teaches on-court approximately 30+ hours per week.
• Develops player-friendly lessons and programs for ongoing involvement and positive NPS.
• Encourages member participation through programs, tournaments, and events.
