Life Time Inc. is seeking an energetic pickleball instructor to teach private lessons and run group programs at our Beaverton location. You will coordinate leagues, mixers, and events while focusing on student-centered learning and building a growing client book.

Strong customer service and on-court coaching are essential to drive referrals and member satisfaction. The role involves working with members of all ages, delivering high-quality instruction, and collaborating with the Life Time team

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Thorough knowledge of pickleball and teaching techniques
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
• Comfortable with all age groups and building relationships
• Able to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Teach private pickleball lessons and group programming.
• Coordinate pickleball leagues and mixers.
• Promote member experiences through programs, tournaments, and events.
• Support sales efforts with Membership Advisors and Member Activities.
