Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, friendly, positive attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of pickleball and effective teaching styles.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization.
• Comfortable working with all age groups and building positive relationships with members and team members.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, demonstrates, and instructs students during pickleball lessons on proper techniques, tactics, and strategies.
• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive pickleball lessons and programs.
• Creates exceptional member experiences through programs, tournaments, and events, using available marketing tools.
• Participates in the system wide sales effort with Membership Advisors and Member Activities, and attends pickleball meetings.
