Job summary

Life Time is seeking a dedicated Pickleball Coach in Middletown, NJ to teach private lessons and group programming, coordinate leagues and mixers, and apply student-centered, rally-based teaching while growing your book and department revenue to meet goals.

You will provide member-centric service, create programs and events, and collaborate with Membership Advisors to integrate pickleball into Life Time’s brand, with an hourly-pay structure and revenue incentives.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of pickleball and effective teaching styles.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
• Comfortable working with all age groups and building positive relationships with members and team members.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Instructs students during pickleball lessons on techniques, tactics, and strategies.
• Develops safe, professional pickleball lessons and programs for student progression.
• Creates member experiences through programs, tournaments, and events, using marketing support.
• Participates in sales efforts with Membership Advisors and Member Activities.
