Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in daily operations, scheduling court time, educating members on pickleball programs, and providing exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.

You will greet and assist members, explain programs and equipment, build personalized relationships, maintain facilities, promote Life Time offerings, and handle daily billing with accuracy at shift end.

Qualifications

• Education in progress: high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets, schedules court time, and assists members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explains Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and helps determine their needs.
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members.
• Assists in ensuring all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition.
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and efficiently and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift.
