Job summary

Life Time, Inc. in Fremont, CA is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in daily operations.

You will schedule court time, educate members on programs, lessons, and equipment, and deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat visits. Responsibilities include greeting members, explaining services, maintaining clean facilities, promoting Life Time offerings, and handling cash with accuracy at the end of shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and AED certified (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet members and schedule court time in a friendly, professional manner.
• Explain all pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and help determine needs.
• Build and maintain personalized relationships with members.
• Keep pickleball facilities and equipment clean, organized and in good working order.
• Promote Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Ensure daily billing is accurate and reconcile cash at end of shift.
