Life Time in Parker, CO seeks a Pickleball Team Member to support the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager with daily operations. The role focuses on scheduling court time, educating members on programs and equipment, and delivering outstanding customer service to drive repeat visits.

Responsibilities include greeting members, explaining offerings, fostering relationships, maintaining facilities, promoting Life Time services, and accurate cash handling at shifts' end.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and AED certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner
• Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their individual needs
• Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members
• Assists in ensuring all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
• Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services
• Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and efficiently and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift
