Job summary

Phillip Jeffries in Fairfield, NJ is seeking a temporary Picker/packer to support production and fulfillment. This four-month, part-time role runs Monday through Friday, 10:30am–7:30pm, at our headquarters, with a 20-hour workweek and a pay rate of $19.25 per hour.

You will pick and pack samples, maintain an organized workspace, and help meet daily SLAs while following established workflows. Ideal candidates read English documents, can lift up to 60 pounds, and bring warehouse experience,

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and analyze documents, reports and computer screens in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Excellent time management.
• Previous experience in fulfillment centers a plus.
• Previous experience with order picker and reach trucks a plus.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

We are currently accepting applications for a Temporary Picker / Packer to join our team on the Monday through Friday 10:30am-7:30pm shift at our Fairfield, NJ headquarters.

Compensation

This is a four‑month temporary, part‑time position scheduled for 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The role is based at our Fairfield, NJ headquarters and offers a pay rate of $19.25 per hour.
