Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking high-performing order pickers for a fast-paced distribution environment in East Windsor, NJ. You will work quickly to meet daily production quotas, select and move high volumes of product, and ensure loads are stable for staging.

A PIT test is required, dress code is enforced, and Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, AD&D, life insurance, 401K. Hours are 08:00–17:00, with stable, flexible shifts.

• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.

Responsibilities

• Work quickly and efficiently to select and move high volumes of product based on daily production quotas and client demands.
• Carefully stack, wrap, or consolidate selected orders onto pallets or carts, ensuring the stability and safety of the load prior to staging.
• Accurately track and log all inventory movements using the client's preferred system, ensuring end-of-shift reconciliation is smooth.
• Operate essential manual handling equipment, including hand trucks and pallet riders, safely in congested warehouse lanes.
• Actively communicate with floor supervisors regarding any stockouts, location errors, or issues that could impede order fulfillment throughput.

qualifications:

dress code: Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
