Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a Warehouse Picker/Packer in Indiana to efficiently read orders, locate items, and prepare shipments. You’ll move inventory with powered equipment, maintain clean aisles, and verify quantities to ensure accurate inventory counts.

The role requires standing 8-12 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and following safety rules and DOT/HAZMAT policies. Teamwork and reliability are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to stand for 8-12 hours per day.
• Able to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to operate powered industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and read customer orders to identify items and location codes.
• Pick and count the correct quantity of items from the correct location.
• Enter information into computer systems to maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Move inventory using powered industrial equipment (PIE).
• Maintain the cleanliness of aisles and storage locations.
• Pack products correctly, following area-specific requirements.
• Locate pallets and product in designated areas for loading.
• Follow all safety rules, including PPE use and environmental policies.
• Comply with DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support Donaldson's mission and objectives.

Role Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per day.
• Ability to repetitively lift to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
