Job summary

Donaldson Company in Indiana is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, pick, pack, and move inventory within a fast-paced facility. You will use RF scanners and powered equipment to fulfill orders and maintain accurate counts.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to stand for 8-12 hours per day.
  • Ability to repetitively lift to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with coworkers.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment toward shared goals.
  • Flexibility to adapt to change and perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Strong attendance record with regular and predictable reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and read customer orders to identify items and location codes.
  • Pick and count the correct quantity of items from the correct location.
  • Enter information into computer systems to maintain accurate inventory counts.
  • Move inventory using powered industrial equipment (PIE).
  • Maintain the cleanliness of aisles and storage locations.
  • Pack products correctly, following area-specific requirements.
  • Locate pallets and product in designated areas for loading.
  • Follow all safety rules, including use of harness equipment, hazardous waste handling, lock-out/tag-out, hearing, and eye protection.
  • Comply with DOT, HAZMAT, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Use all designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support Donaldson’s mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
