Job summary

Adecco is assisting a local client in Dayville, CT in recruiting for a Picker Packer role. This opportunity focuses on quality checks, repacking, and accurate inventory processing in a busy warehouse environment.

Compensation is $24.45 per hour with a Monday–Friday shift from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Adecco offers Aspire Academy access for upskilling and weekly pay to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, stretch and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Inspect damaged or suspect products to determine if they are saleable.
• Repack products into full saleable cases.
• Verify product code dates and perform quality checks.
• Use ICSc handheld scanners to create pallets, print labels, and complete inventory transactions.
