Job summary

Adecco Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Devens, MA to hire experienced Warehouse Associates on a temp-to-hire basis. The role offers a clean, safe work environment with strong training and long-term growth opportunities.

You will handle receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping tasks, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow 5S standards. Work is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with weekly pay and dedicated supervision.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and move materials in the warehouse and production areas.
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials and finished products for shipment.
• Route materials and finished products to designated locations.
• Process inventory transactions accurately in warehouse systems.
• Perform routine inventory cycle counts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization in the warehouse.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Duties

Requirements

• Experience with inventory transactions and cycle counting preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems preferred
• Strong attendance and reliability required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $20.50 per hour
