Job summary

SanMar-Internal seeks a Production II associate to handle restocking, order auditing, and order picking. You will rapidly pick items from designated locations, audit outbound orders for accuracy, and ensure correct shipping processes. Also operate RF/voice equipment and manage equipment checkout.

The role requires attention to detail and reliable attendance. Expect a fast-paced warehouse environment with potential overtime and safety considerations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of warehouse support experience.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, labels and SKU information.
• Basic counting and Math skills required.
• Able to follow directions and shift priorities as needed.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Reliable team member with strong attention to detail.
• Regular and prompt attendance; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pick products quickly and accurately from defined locations into cartons or totes as directed.
• Inspect and audit outbound orders for accuracy and compliance; seal and route for invoicing and shipping.
• Operate voice or RF unit; check out equipment and return it in good condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and deadlines.
