Meijer, a family company with a long-standing presence in Michigan, is seeking a Pick Up Lead for full-time work. The role requires weekends and the ability to open and close the store’s Pick Up area, guiding operations and staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide a positive shopping experience at checkout and in-store.
• Assign daily tasks and communicate with team members.
• Coach and mentor teammates to hit customer service and sales goals.
• Support training and cross-training of staff to improve productivity.
• Assist with department scheduling and inventory checks.
• Maintain product freshness and comply with safety standards.
• Lead by example in ordering, receiving, pricing and display where applicable.
