Job summary

Executive Jet Management is seeking a highly experienced Pilot in Command for a Challenger 3500 aircraft based at Allegheny, PA (KAGC). The role supports a three-pilot account with a maintenance technician on Part 135 operations.

You will lead flight planning, safety procedures, and customer service for domestic flights. Required hours and ratings reflect extensive corporate aviation experience, with emphasis on safety, compliance, and top-tier service delivery to jet owners and passengers.

Qualifications

• Total flight time: 3500 hours.
• Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours.
• Pilot in Command: 2000 hours.
• PIC MEL: 500 hours.
• Instrument: 300 hours.
• Jet: 500 hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of flight and regulatory compliance.
• Complete flight planning, performance, and weight & balance for each trip.
• Follow SOPs and coordinate with crew and ground personnel.
• Conduct pre-flight tasks and verify aircraft maintenance status.
• Provide exceptional service to owners and passengers and handle special needs.
