Job summary

Jet Linx Aviation seeks a Lead Pilot in Command for Challenger 350 operations based in Chicago, IL. The PIC ensures safe, compliant aircraft operations and serves as the main owner contact while coordinating with internal teams to deliver a seamless trip experience.

The role requires extensive turbine, jet, and PIC time, with 1st class medical and legal eligibility to work in the US. Relocation within a 2-hour call-out is preferred.

Qualifications

• Total Flight Time must be 4000+ hours.
• Total PIC must be 2000+ hours.
• Total PIC in CL350 Type must be 500+ hours.
• Multi-Engine 1000+ hours.
• Multi-Engine PIC 500+ hours.
• Turbine Time 1000+ hours.
• Total Turbine PIC 1000+ hours.
• Total Instrument 300+ hours.
• Total Jet 1500+ hours.
• Total Jet PIC 500+ hours.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. driver's license and pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage duty, flight, and rest times in compliance with CFRs and company policy.
• Maintain communication with base and owners for trip coordination and reports.
• Oversee and manage EFB hardware and chart updates.
• Ensure currency of navigation charts, publications, and manuals.
• Demonstrate proactive decision-making and Jet Linx core values.
• Serve as primary PIC for CL350 operations and owner liaison.
• Collaborate with Regional VP and concierge on trip logistics.
• Maintain schedule flexibility for aircraft and owner needs.
• Mentor junior crew to meet company standards.
