Job summary

Executive Jet Management is seeking a seasoned Pilot in Command to captain a Challenger 3500 based at Allegheny County Airport (KAGC). In this Part 135, three-pilot operation, you will hold final authority for safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations while delivering an exceptional experience for the aircraft owner and passengers.

You will lead crewing, flight planning, and risk mitigation, ensuring all preflight tasks and maintenance status checks are completed.

Qualifications

• Total flight time of 3,500 hours.
• PIC: 2,000 hours and PIC MEL: 500 hours.
• FAA certificates and Part 135 qualifications required.

Responsibilities

• Crew scheduling and trip assignments compliant with policies and regs.
• Flight planning, performance calculations, weight-and-balance for each trip.
• Lead preflight tasks and ensure aircraft maintenance status and mission readiness.
• Deliver professional passenger briefings and cabin experience.
• Operate within a three-pilot model ensuring safety and compliance.
