Job summary

Jet Linx is seeking a Lead Pilot in Command for Challenger 350 based in Chicago, IL. The role requires extensive PIC time, CL350 experience, and the ability to relocate within 2 hours of the base.

You will manage crew schedules, flight operations, and owner relations to deliver a seamless travel experience. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and possess all required credentials, including IFR and a current medical certificate.

Responsibilities

• Manage duty, flight, and rest times per company and CFRs
• Maintain communications for standby, trip notifications, and pre-/post-flight reports
• Maintain and manage EFB hardware and apps
• Ensure navigation charts, publications, and manuals are current
• Maintain a current 1st Class medical certificate
• Demonstrate strong, proactive decision-making skills
• Reflect Jet Linx core values in all interactions
• Serve as primary PIC contact for CL350 aircraft and flight matters
• Coordinate with Regional VP and concierge on trip logistics
• Show schedule flexibility to support aircraft and owner needs
• Mentor additional crew to meet company and owner expectations
