Executive Jet Management Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for a Challenger 3500 aircraft based at Allegheny, PA. The PIC bears final responsibility for safe, compliant, and efficient operation, delivering exceptional service to owners and passengers.

The role requires 4–6 years of corporate aviation experience, and a FAA Type rating in the applicable fleet, with total flight time around 3500 hours. Base salary ranges from $200,000 to $210,000 and a strong benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of corporate/business aviation experience.
• FAA Type rating in applicable fleet.
• Total flight time: 3500 hours.
• PIC MEL: 500 hours.
• Multi Engine Land: 1500 hours.
• Instrument: 300 hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crewing and trip assignments comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Complete flight planning, performance and weight and balance tasks for each assignment.
• Lead briefings using Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) methodology.
• Record aircraft discrepancies in accordance with SOPs.
