Job summary

Jet Linx is seeking a qualified Lead Pilot in Command for our CL350 operations, with CFR compliance and client-focused trip management. This senior role requires extensive PIC time and the ability to manage duty, rest, and communications for safety and efficiency.

The base salary ranges from $280,000 to $325,000, with benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and company-paid life insurance.

Qualifications

Total Flight Time - 4000 hours.
Total PIC - 2000 hours.
Total PIC in CL350 Type - 500+ hours.
Multi-Engine - 1000 hours.
Multi-Engine PIC - 500 hours.
Turbine Time - 1000 hours.
Total Turbine PIC - 1000 hours.
Total Jet - 1500 hours.
Total Jet PIC - 500 hours.
Move up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.

Responsibilities

Manage duty, flight, and rest times to requirements of both the company and CFRs.
Maintain communication with the company for standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and pre- and post-flight reports.
Maintain and manage electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications.
Ensure navigation charts, publications, and company manuals are current.
Maintain a current 1st Class medical certificate.
Demonstrate Jet Linx's core values in all interactions.
Act as primary point of contact for aircraft and flight matters related to the CL350.
Partner with the Jet Linx Aviation Regional Vice President and concierge team on trip logistics support.
Exercise schedule flexibility to support aircraft and owner needs.
Mentor additional crew members to meet the expectations of Jet Linx Aviation and the aircraft owner.
