Job summary

Executive Jet Management is seeking qualified PIC candidates for a Challenger 300 based in KDVT, Phoenix, AZ. This 2-pilot role includes a dedicated Maintenance Technician and requires relocation to the Phoenix area.

The PIC is responsible for safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations, with emphasis on CRM, safety, and exceptional service to owners and passengers. 350 hours per year is planned, ensuring rigorous operational standards.

Qualifications

• Total flight time: 3500 hours
• Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
• Pilot in Command: 2000 hours
• PIC MEL: 500 hours
• Instrument: 300 hours
• Jet: 500 hours
• CL300 type rating preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensures safe operation of flight in compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Performs flight planning, performance, weight and balance for each assignment.
• Communicates effectively with crew and maintenance personnel using CRM/TEM.
• Maintains regulatory training and recency of experience; adheres to SMS and safety procedures.
• Delivers high level customer service to owners and passengers.
