Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical customer service/operational experience.
• Experience in a corporate security role with basic security tech knowledge.

• Must work first shift hours 8:30am-5pm EST, Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and system administration for enterprise access control systems.
• Perform device management and programming, including configuration changes and testing.
• Support networked security systems with cross-team collaboration.
• Coordinate installations, upgrades, and maintenance with vendors and property teams.
• Analyze system behavior, alerts, failures, and trends to identify root causes.
• Serve as technical escalation point for complex security issues across locations.
• Ensure access control systems comply with applicable regulations.
• Support life safety and incident response during outages or events.
• Document system changes and resolutions with audit readiness.
• Maintain clear communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and partners.
