Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of security detection, investigation, or incident response principles.
• Basic experience with log analysis and telemetry interpretation.
• Exposure to SIEM, EDR/XDR, identity systems, or cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Triage alerts and analyze logs/telemetry to assess potential security events.
• Correlate data across endpoints, identity, network, and applications to determine risk.
• Assist in investigations and escalate high-risk findings to senior analysts.
• Perform guided response activities including alert enrichment and containment support.
• Contribute to improving detection fidelity by feedback on detections.
• Develop and refine investigation guides, runbooks, and playbooks with automation in mind.
• Identify telemetry gaps and escalate improvement opportunities for detection and response.
