Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Attorney Manager in Texas to lead a 4–6 attorney trial team through the full lifecycle of cases. The role blends hands-on leadership with strategic oversight, mentoring, and scalable process improvements, backed by strong institutional support.

You'll contribute to high-stakes personal injury litigation, coordinate intake through trial, and drive settlement negotiations while benefiting from multi-city flexibility in base location.

Qualifications

• Active Texas law license (Bar) and a J.D. degree are required.
• 5+ jury trials experience preferred, with plaintiff or defense background.
• Proven ability to build and lead litigation teams and manage full case lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a team of 4–6 trial attorneys and support staff.
• Oversee the full case lifecycle: intake, strategy, discovery, negotiations, and trial prep.
• Drive case strategy, supervise filings, depositions, and motion practice.
• Mentor junior attorneys and coordinate cross-functional litigation resources.
