Qualifications

• J.D. is required and Texas Bar license active.
• 5+ personal injury jury trials preferred.
• Strong Texas PI litigation experience end-to-end.
• Leadership or mentorship experience demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4–6 litigators from pre-litigation through trial or resolution.
• Guide case strategy and run regular strategy reviews.
• Mentor junior attorneys on depositions, motions, negotiations, and trial prep.
• Review pleadings and case evaluations prepared by the team.
