Jobot is seeking an Attorney Manager in Texas to lead a 4–6 member trial team, overseeing client strategy, case development, and negotiations from start to resolution. This role requires a J.D. with an active Texas Bar license and a background in personal injury litigation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ PI jury trials and proven formal management experience, enabling scalable leadership across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree with active Texas Bar license.
• 5+ personal injury jury trials preferred (plaintiff or defense).
• Past formal managerial experience in a legal setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of 4–6 trial attorneys and support staff across the full case lifecycle.
• Direct client strategy, case development, and settlement negotiations to drive results.
