Bring formal management experience and a track record in personal injury litigation to a senior leadership role. The role includes client strategy sessions, case development, negotiations, discovery, depositions, and trial prep through resolution or verdict.

A J.D. and active Texas Bar license are required, with 5+ PI jury trials preferred.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree is required and active Texas Bar license.
• 5+ personal injury jury trials preferred (plaintiff or defense).
• Strong Texas PI litigation experience and prior formal managerial background.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4–6 trial attorneys and support staff through all case stages.
• Oversee client strategy, case development, negotiation, and trial readiness.
• Coordinate deposition, discovery, and motion practice to support outcomes.
