This on-site position requires bar admission, a law degree, and a minimum of three years PI experience. Candidates should be comfortable handling high-volume caseloads and taking cases to trial, with excellent client communication and document drafting skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a member of the local state bar.
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 3 years of PI experience.
• Willing to work at volume; open to trying cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation files as they go through their progression towards settlement or trials.
• Make sure clients understand the process they will undertake.
• Draft all documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.
• Guide clients through the entire case.
• Attend and conduct depos, mediations, hearings, etc.
