Jobot in Naples, FL is seeking a Personal Injury attorney for our well-established firm. This on-site role offers a high-volume PI practice with strong support and attractive compensation.

You will handle litigation through settlements or trials, draft pleadings, guide clients, and attend depositions and mediations. Must be bar-admitted, have a law degree from an accredited school, and at least 3 years of PI experience. Volume practice and willingness to try cases are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a member of the local state bar.
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school.
• At least 3 years of PI experience.
• Willing to work at volume in a volume firm.
• Open to trying cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation files through progression toward settlement or trials.
• Explain the process to clients.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.
• Guide clients through the entire case.
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, etc.
