Jobot is seeking a Personal Injury attorney for a well-established PI firm in Boston. The role is fully on-site, with compensation ranging from $130,000 to $200,000 per year.

The attorney will handle litigation through settlements and trials, ensure clients understand the process, draft pleadings and discover, and guide clients through every step. The position requires admission to the Massachusetts bar and at least 3 years PI experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a member of the local state bar.
• Experience in personal injury litigation is required.
• Willing to work at a high volume, full-time setting.

Responsabilités

• Handle litigation files through progression toward settlements or trials.
• Explain the litigation process to clients and maintain clear communication.
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and related documents.
• Guide clients through the entire case lifecycle from filing to resolution.
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and related proceedings.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
