You will handle files through progression toward settlement or trial, explain processes to clients, and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery documents. Ideal candidates are admitted to the PA bar, hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, have 3+ years PI experience, and are ready to take

Qualifications

• Must be a member of the local state bar.
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum 3 years of personal injury experience.
• Willing to handle high-volume caseload and try cases.
• Excellent litigation, deposition, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage PI litigation files from filing to settlement or trial.
• Educate clients on the legal process and expectations.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and hearings.
• Collaborate with support staff to manage caseload.
