Job summary

You will handle cases through settlement or trial, draft motions and pleadings, supervise depositions, mediations, and hearings, and keep clients informed about the process. Requirements include bar admission in the state, a JD from an accredited law school, at least 3 years of PI experience, and

Qualifications

• Must be a member of the state bar.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• At least 3 years of PI experience.
• Willing to work at volume and to try cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation files through progression toward settlement or trials.
• Make sure clients understand the process they will undertake.
• Draft all documents, including motions, pleadings, discovery, etc.
• Guide clients through the entire case.
• Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, etc.
