Job summary

WestRock is seeking a PI System Administrator to support Aveva PI System across pulp and paper facilities. You will configure, troubleshoot, and integrate Aveva modules with existing mill systems while working with IT and business stakeholders to improve process efficiency.

This role requires strong SQL Server knowledge, documentation skills, and the ability to develop end-user training materials. A customer-focused, cross-functional mindset is essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and development for Aveva PI System in pulp and paper facilities.
• Lead configurations, interfaces, and troubleshooting with Aveva solutions.
• Document configurations, train end users, and develop SOPs.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve processes and data reliability.
