Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years overall experience in a similar role.
• Preferred at least one year as a PI System Administrator or similar role.
• Familiar with manufacturing processes and terminology (Process Control, DCS, PLCs, OPC).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Aveva PI System expert for configuration and troubleshooting.
• Gather business needs and design technology solutions to improve processes.
• Support PI System components (PI data archive, PI-AF, PI Notifications, PI Vision).
• Develop specs for Aveva configurations and interfaces; ensure integration with Mill Systems.
• Create training materials and end-user instructions.
• Provide data analysis and problem solving; support upgrades and security practices.
