Job summary

InSource Solutions is seeking a mid-level AVEVA PI Solutions Specialist to support AVEVA PI deployments across US and Canada. You will configure PI Server/AF, support System Platform components, and enable data connectivity between plant-floor systems and enterprise reporting tools.

The ideal candidate has hands-on AVEVA PI experience, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with project teams. Travel is expected 30–50%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3–5 years hands-on AVEVA PI experience and working with AVEVA PI Server/AF.
Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments and Windows Server environments.
Familiarity with industrial protocols (OPC, MQTT, Modbus, EtherNet/IP).
Willingness to travel 30–50% across US/Canada.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, deploy, and support AVEVA PI solutions (PI Server and AF) in client environments.
Configure AVEVA System Platform components (Application Server, Historian, InTouch, OMI) as required.
Assist with data connectivity between plant-floor systems and enterprise reporting platforms.
Gather requirements and translate business needs into functional configurations.
Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable operation.
Document configurations, deployment steps, and integration details for support.
Collaborate with clients in meetings and technical sessions; provide responsive support.
Contribute to solution architecture discussions and project delivery.
