Adams & Martin Group in Downtown Los Angeles seeks an experienced Paralegal - Personal Injury to support a busy plaintiff office. The role requires at least 3 years of PI experience and proficiency in drafting motions, discovery, and trial preparation, while managing calendars and court procedures.

The candidate will assist with trial preparation, coordinate experts and depositions, and file e-documents in state and federal courts, ensuring California rules are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
• Proficient with drafting litigation documents.
• Experience with discovery, trial preparation, and calendaring.
• Knowledge of California state and federal court procedures.

Responsabilités

• Draft motions, oppositions, mediation briefs, discovery requests and responses, and legal correspondence.
• Communicate with clients regarding case status and case development.
• Maintain and calendar hearings, motions, discovery deadlines, and trial dates.
• Assist with all phases of trial preparation, including coordinating experts, depositions, trial notebooks, exhibits, witness lists, and subpoenas.
• Manage litigation files, e-file documents in state and federal court, and ensure compliance with California court rules and procedures.
