Adams & Martin Group in Downtown Los Angeles seeks an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal to support its active cases. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of plaintiff-side PI experience and is proficient in drafting litigation documents, handling discovery, calendaring deadlines, and assisting with trial prep.

CA state and federal court procedures and e-filing knowledge required. The role offers a collaborative environment and the opportunity to work with seasoned litigation

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with CA court rules and federal/state procedures.
• E-filing in state and federal court.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage caseload.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Spanish/English bilingual a plus.
• Paralegal or Notary certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Draft a variety of motions and oppositions, mediation briefs, propound/respond to discovery, request for entry of default/default prove-up, minor's compromise, and prepare correspondence at the attorney's request.
• Client contact including phone calls and office visits.
• Calendar all hearings, motions, discovery, and trial deadlines.
• Assist in all trial preparations, including retain experts, schedule expert depositions, assemble trial notebooks, exhibits, witness lists, jury instructions, prepare and serve trial subpoenas.
