The Glendale, CA office supports clients from initial contact through settlement or trial, with emphasis on high-quality representation and client communication.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of personal injury experience, are licensed in California, and excel in client service, research, and advocacy.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of personal injury experience.
• California Bar license in good standing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of CA civil procedure for state court cases.
• Bilingual ability a plus (Spanish and/or Armenian).

Responsibilities

• Negotiate pre-litigation and litigation settlements with insurance companies and defense counsel.
• Litigate personal injury cases from filing through resolution.
• Draft and propound discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft pleadings and perform legal research and writing.
• Attend court appearances and manage trial preparation.
• Provide client-focused service and case status updates.
• Prepare and review settlement demands and related correspondence.
