Responsibilities

• Negotiate pre-litigation and litigation settlements with insurance companies.

• Draft and propound discovery; take and defend depositions.
• Draft pleadings and conduct law and motion activities.
• Make court appearances and conduct legal writing and research.
• Provide customer service to clients; handle trial preparations.
